Elderly neighbor charged $100 for factory tech to inform her that the part wasn't available anymore, so I ordered 2 from Appliance Parts Pros.com (one for a spare) and when they arrived a few days later, I installed then in about 20-25 minutes. I had to remove all the food off the door shelf so I could lift the door off the hinge to replace the bushing. That took 5 minutes. Shame on the tech that went by the date of manufacture rather than checks by model and serial number to see if the part was still available.
