Donna R Davenport , FL September 18, 2016 Worn timer knob on washer Pulled the knob, noticed that the timer gear which is operated by the knob was starting to wear, so I ordered both the knob and timer. Removed 3 hex screws in back of washer to expose the timer, removed one hex screw on the timer, the wire harness, and timer with a sligt twist, Reversed the procedure to reinstall. It took more time to get my tools and move the dryer and then the washer to expose the back of the washer. Wish all repairs were this easy. By the way, part arrived in one day.
