Took it apart and saw that the the bearings were worn down completely.. The front outer tub was cracked and leaking. We ordered both pieces to the outer tub and a new pulley. My washer is running like new now.. A little advice.. Do not over load your washer.. Maytag is a great brand but overloading them because there great washers, will wear down the parts inside.. I have teenagers who overload my washers to save them time but wasting my money on parts.. Being a single mom it's hard but I did this all by myself with everything.. It's hard work but as long as you record all the pieces you take out and place every screw in a safe place until your piece arrives, you will be ok.
