Patricia M Liverpool , NY January 06, 2016 Appliance: Model FRIGIDAIRE EG77BC*0 The heating element of my 25 yr old electric wall oven died Ordered the replacement part the recommended by your parts department. I then watched a video so I knew what was in Store. The part arrived in less than 2 days & 15 minutes later I was baking brownies!!!!! Voila!!! Done deal!!! Now I am going to order a second one to replace the lower oven's element since it's been 'off' for over a year. The local appliance repair had informed us that it would charge $125 for the initial 30 minute service call to come in to inspect the appliance, then order the part & have to return within 2 weeks charging another minimum of 30 minutes ($65) plus the part. So what possibly would have cost me almost $300 minimum to repair, cost less than $75!!! Oh...and the home-made bread turned out fabulous!!! Thanks!!!!
