Michele B Arvada , CO July 22, 2019 Dishwasher not cleaning well. I bought the base filter and the filter because my dishwasher was leaving “dandruff” on the dishes no matter how many times I took out the filter and cleaned it! My dishwasher was 10 years old and the filter was warped. It does make a huge difference. While I was waiting for the filter s to arrive I cleaned the dishwasher many times with vinegar (run the dishwasher with a small bowl of vinegar on the bottom rack) to descale it. Then I watched the video of how to install them...I had been putting them in wrong too. The base filter part looks different, but actually works better to strain because there is a filter at the bottom too, but don’t worry, it’s gonna work. Very happy with the results. Read More...
