Frigidaire 242126602 Refrigerator Door Shelf Bin OEM Part

There was no packing inside the box with my bin door at all (no plastic, paper packing, styrofoam, popcorn, NOTHING), hence one of the sides of the plastic bin door was snapped off. I called your customer service as soon as received it and they said they would send a new one. I asked if he could make a note to put ANY type of packing material inside the box or it would probably end up in the same situation. Your customer service rep was very nice and personable. I have yet to receive the replacement.

We ordered a replacement door bin and dropped it into place. Very easy. We also ordered a backup in case another one broke. Appliance Parts Pros were great. We ordered the part and were absolutely shocked when it arrived two days later. It was also several dollars less than others that we shopped. A 5 star experience!!

Good price and fast shipping
