William B Raytown , MO October 16, 2017 Appliance: Electrolux Laundry Center, Electric Dryer FFLE3911QW0 Brand new fridare laundry center would not run and fridadare service would not come out to work it After many calls to Fridadare and alternate service company didn't show up I hired a appliance repair person to look at the unit. Being a new design he didn't see any thing that was mechanically wrong. He left with the laundry center still down. I was so fed up I was going to throw it in the trash. Found AppliancePartsPros and talked with customer service rep and decided it would be one of three control boards. I ordered all three and went back to cabin and checked each out. Last board was the motor control and hardware to get to and found a pin had become disconnected. AppliancePartsPros is a great company to do business with. Frigidaire, not so much.
