Allen M Bristol , RI August 16, 2016 Appliance: Model FRT21S6SJ0 Water was collecting on bottom shelf of refrigerator Replaced the control box cover which contains a drain tube that protrudes into the rear wall of the refrigerator. The plastic was cracked therefore allowing water to bypass the drain tube and leak down the rear wall of the refrigerator and collect on the bottom shelf.
