I found your website and submitted a question for what I needed. I got a response in less than 24 hours. I ordered it and with in 1 1/2 week got my replacement bulb, in a VERY secure packing. My brother was able to change the bulb and my elderly mother was SSSSOOOO thrilled because it worked right. So....THANK YOU FOR SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR ASSISTANCE.
