Nathaniel M Denton , TX August 12, 2014 We needed a new stove top burner for our 27 year old gas stove that is a very good stove We ordered what appeared to be the correct part from Appliance Parts Pros.com and thought that might solve the problem. The part that came was crimped in two places and did not fit the stove. We called a company representative on Saturday. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She directed us on looking up the model number and other needed information. I sent her a picture of the part received and told her I thought that even the was not the right part, the crimping of the transfer pipe was probably a lapse in quality control. We received credit for the part and did not need to return the part although I did offer to do that. She then told me that Research would need about 2 work days to find the correct part. They emailed us on Tuesday with the part number and we ordered the part a week later. It fit the stove exactly as it should and worked great and was a reasonable price. Although, I had my doubts about the Company research approach, I was very pleased at their success and professional attitude and would recommend Appliance Parts Pros to anyone seeking to repair a really good older stove.
