Henry H Aransas Pass , TX October 06, 2014 Missing difusser plate on burners I thought it was the burners and ordered four burners. When they arrived I thought three of them were wrong parts so I ordered three others and scheduled a return of three I had just received. I then realized it was not the burner but the diffuser plated on top of the burners. I cancelled the new order, arranged a return of the four initial burners and ordered four diffuser plated. The representatives were extremely helpful; and understanding. I was amazed adn happy that there was no restocking charge of problems with my errors.
