Description

The Cap-Burner is an OEM replacement part for Frigidaire cooktops. It is a component located at the top of each burner element on the cooktop. The cap-burner sits directly over the burner element to distribute and maintain heat levels evenly across the heating surface. 

Causes of a bad cap-burner can include warping or distortion from excessive heat exposure over time. Wet or sticky messes can also lead to clogging or blockages.

Symptoms of a bad cap-burner include:
