After much research at this site and other random sites, I determined I needed to replace the EOC. It was a very simple job. I was able to re-use the button display from the old EOC after carefully peeling it off. The shipping was as advertised! Ordered it late Thursday night, had it on my doorstep on Saturday morning, and that was using "ground" shipping.
