Darcia P Amityville , NY June 11, 2018 The overlay was melted from the heat from the steam when using very large pots. The clock/timer stop working. Followed the video for replacing the parts ordered. My stove was a little different but the instructions were basically the same. Minor adjustments here and there. Had to purchase a screwdriver that had a square tip. And struggled a bit to remove one of the wires. Sean B Saint Paul , MN November 03, 2014 Stove would start beeping for no reason had to unplug to reset After a little searching online the most common cause of the beeping was from a bad clock/timer. Came across this site and purchased the part, watched a short video and knew it would be easy. After I received the part I unplugged the stove, opened the back of the stove using a screwdriver and the bad part was right there. Unplugged a few wires (don't worry they only go back in one way so you can't screw it up), took out the 4 screws to get the timer out and plugged in the new one and screwed it back in and closed up the back. I plugged the stove back in and it worked like new. That first pizza without the beeping never tasted so good.
