However, we then had to remove the front from the old drawer and put it on the new one. There were no instructions on how to do this, even on YouTube. We were afraid of breaking it, so it was a little scary to do. We ended up using a couple of table knifes to ease the part out. Instructions would have made this so much easier and more pleasant! William L Alabaster , AL November 20, 2014 The upper edge of the drawer (that slides into a track on the shelf above it) broke off as we were pulling the drawer out too much weight in it i think Ordered new drawer. I was surprised at how quickly my order was handled, and the replacement was at my front door in two days. I ordered from your website, and I would like to add that I did not know the front section with the pull handle on it was a separate item. I pulled the cracked drawer out of the fridge, let it warm up to room temperature. I pulled the front cover that said "fresh produce" on it-it slides right out- and slid it in to the new drawer and put it back in the fridge. No tools required. Best value and reasonable shipping. Other sites were up to 8 times the shipping charge, which you can't see till the end of an order. I will use this site again from now on.
