Description

This large surface burner head mounts on a sealed gas burner and distributes gas through its flame ports. Replace a worn or clogged crown to restore smooth ignition and an even, controllable flame on the large burner. What it does:

• Channels gas through the port ring to create an even flame on the large surface burner
• Works with the igniter for quick, reliable lighting
• Helps correct weak or uneven flames and yellow tipping
• Can resolve delayed ignition or clicking without lighting when ports are obstructed

What's included:

• 1 large burner crown

Install notes:

• Disconnect power and shut off gas; allow the cooktop/range to cool completely.
• Remove grate and burner cap; lift off the old crown and clean the orifice area and surrounding surface.
• Position the new crown over the burner orifice and igniter; ensure it seats flat and is properly aligned.
• Reinstall the cap and grate; restore gas and power, then test for proper ignition and even flame.
