Ruchik S Bronx , NY October 17, 2014 Spray arm was burning on the sides The diffuser has something like a fan underneath that had gone separate from the body. The fan arms were chipped underneath. I thought that might have lead the spray arm to tilt and brush the heat coil, leading to melting on the sides. So, I changed the Diffuser & Lower Spray Arm. I think now the spray arm is parallel and staying above the heat coil. Hopefully it stays that way!
