Matthew E Tracy , CA February 08, 2019 Very unbalanced spin cycle broke shock absorber and cracked detergent dispenser Shock absorber was very quick swap. Old detergent dispenser was cracked in such a way that water leaked through onto the floor. Swapping did not require moving drum support springs - which was nice. Whole job was less complicated than I thought it might be. Took me an extra hour or so because I also emptied 36 cents, one Euro penny, and a collar stay from the sump filter.
