Jennifer G Wake Forest , NC June 26, 2015 Appliance: Model FMGV174KFA Broken plastic hook inside fridgedaire microwave door that hold the door latch Orderjust the door frame, $150 NOT door assembly $257. Remove the plastic cover inside the door(used a small thin chisel) It just snaps out, no screws. Start at the opening by the hinge. Then lift the door off, it is just resting on the hinges, no screws. Lay the door down and removed ALL parts. (The handle unscrews, the fridgedaire emblem was stuck on, just use a thin chisel, unscrew the metal seal inside the door and the latch and spring are already loose because the hook on the door broke) All that remains is the door frame and glass. Put the spring and latch on (it just hooked together) stuck the emblem on (measure first) screwed the handle and metal seal on, hang the door, snap the plastic cover on and DONE. This is really easy and saved me $200, and the hassle of reinstalling a microwave!
