Description

This is a Frigidaire freezer door assembly. It includes the outer panel and inner lining. Significant damage to a freezer door, like punctures or dents, could prevent the door from closing properly. To avoid spoiled food or a higher electric bill, a damaged door should be replaced as soon as possible.Unplug the freezer before installing this part. It might be a good idea to move food to temporary cool storage, as well. To remove the old door, unscrew the mounting hinges that secure it in place, taking care to ensure the door doesn't fall. Once loose, lift the door up from its hinges and set it aside. Line the new door up with the hinges and secure it in place with the screws that were just removed.
