S M Miller- J Cave Creek , AZ October 16, 2018 Appliance: Frigidaire Washer FAFS4272LW0 Soap would not dispense Replaced soap dispenser and dispenser drawer. Also, dispenser is a re-designed part having an extra spring loaded push rod that interferes with older drawers. This was removed from the back of the dispenser to make my older model work as designed. (Drawer would not stay closed if left in place). The phone staff was excellent at resolving incompatibility of drawer with newer dispenser. Read More...
