Keith L Lorain , OH March 10, 2017 Appliance: Frigidaire Electric Range FES367ASC F1 & f3 error codes Replaced the Controller (mother board). I previously replaced the temperature probe (316217002) but that did not resolve the problem. Replacing the Controller (318185446 / AP3583606) was much easier and quicker than replacing the probe. Simply remove the 6 or 8 screws that secure that range top and the top lifts easily exposing the Controller. There are only 4 electrical connections that easily unplug and reattach. Although the new board has more connection points, they are similarly labeled and located (L1, L2, etc.). The oven now works well with no more error codes while in the middle of cooking. Additionally, the oven timer now counts down by seconds instead of only for the last remaining minute. I estimate that the 15 or 20 minutes spent, saved me between $200 - $300 dollars. It was a bit hard to take off the old end cap but after I got it off, it was simple installing the new one. Two screws was it. Read More...
