Description
This filter assembly is the water-filter housing that secures and connects the refrigerator's replaceable cartridge to the water supply, helping deliver filtered water and ice for everyday use. Fits inline with the fridge's dispenser/ice system. What it does:
- Holds and seals the replaceable water filter cartridge so water is routed through the filter media
- Enables filtered water to reach the dispenser and ice maker, improving taste and clarity
- Prevents leaks at the cartridge connection when properly installed and sealed
- Can cause no water from dispenser, reduced ice production, or leaking if damaged or worn

- Shut off the refrigerator's water supply before removing or installing the assembly
