Mark H Santa Rosa Beach , FL February 01, 2015 Electrolux oven burner was not working i could see thru the glass top that only half of the burner was lighting First I took the oven partially apart to be sure that I could get to the part without too much trouble. Then I looked up the model number and got on the internet and went to AppliancePartsPro.com . I have bought parts from them before and it was a good experience and they have about every part available. I looked at the diagram but couldnt exactly find my part on the schematic. The numbers didnt correctly correspond with the part I was looking for. I called APP and spoke to a welll informed employee and she found the correct part and part number and we completed the sale on the phone. The part arrived two days later. I disasembled the oven , installed the new burner, and she's working fine now. Im guessing I saved myself about $500.00 in the repair. Just to add....I have had so much trouble with this Electrolux oven.They need to stick to vacuum cleaners and get out of the oven business all together.
