Robert V Winchester , VA November 21, 2016 Torn gasket Removed freezer door by removing 4 bolts holding slide tracks for freezer basket. Pulled out old gasket. Soaked new gasket in hot water to smooth out a crease that resulted from shipping. Installed new gasket, starting at corners. Used a blunt tool to push new gasket into slot at the corners. Set remaining gasket material with hands. Used putty knife to tuck edge of gasket under lip along door. Reinstalled door. Take care to line up door perpendicularly. There is some play when installing the bolts that can result in the door sagging and therefore not properly sealing if not aligned properly.
