Patricia B Somerset , KY July 31, 2023 Appliance: Tappan Refrigerator TRT15L2JW6 Heavy condensation inside both compartments of my Tappan refrig & freezer Replaced both door sealing gaskets. Doors now seal tightly and securely. Installation was easy and simple despite no actual installation video for my fridge. Gasket required precise alignment and considerable pressure to securely install. Fresh food door repaired while still attached to fridge body as wasn't sure how to properly remove it. Under 30 minutes each and done by a GIRL. Only problem was fresh food gasket backordered, incorrect gasket arrived 2 weeks later and was poorly packaged. Customer Service (Samantha for the order, Nathan and Helen for shipment of proper gasket. Internet glitched with Helen but call to Nathan cleared problem right up) prompt, courteous, professional. Correct gasket arrived the next day!!! Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes Tools: Socket Set
