It was not difficult. He is not a very handy guy and did not encounter any issue. We are extremely happy with the service Appliance Parts Pros. The rep was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I had called Sears 3 months ago, I was told that the glass was on back order and then later told by another phone rep that the glass was discontinued. That was when I decided to call Appliance Parts Pros and got my problem resolved. It gave me step by step directions. Very easy to do. I had it replaced in 10 minutes.
