Description

This is a replacement glass door assembly made by Frigidaire. It is made of tempered glass and allows the user to see into the oven and observe food as it cooks. It also prevents heat from escaping.Glass oven doors can be damaged by contact with cold liquids that cause the glass to contract rapidly. If the glass is cracked or broken, the door will need to be replaced. To replace the oven door, locate the screws under the door lip. Remove the bolts holding the handle to the front, and the door should lift away. Reverse these steps to install the new door. The door is quite heavy and may require two people to safely uninstall/install.This is an OEM part. It is sold individually and is compatible with Kenmore and Frigidaire ovens.
