Jeremy B Grand Forks , ND October 26, 2015 The oven would not warm up when "bake" was selected broil and range worked fine I had run a self-clean on the over, and afterwards the oven would not warm up when "Bake" was selected I took off the back panels and found that a connection between the oven control board and the wiring harness leading to the lower element was burned (had melted a portion of the board and plug.) I ordered a new wiring harness and control board, and was able to swap the bad ones with the new ones relatively easily. Take pictures of all the wires before replacing the harness and it should go mostly smoothly. Christine D Mccalla , AL December 26, 2015 Appliance: Frigidaire Range LFEF3018LWD Board burned out plugs melted on it Replace the board then all wiring. Just took a little time since there is so many plugs and wires and I'm not a professional. I replaced one plug/wire at the time to make sure I did it right. Also before project I took pictures of all original wiring just in case. Oven is working like a champ again. Just still wondering what could have caused the board to melt.
