The long tang, on the spring, allowed me to hook the new hinge onto the spring, before unhooking the old hinge. This is important, since losing the spring into the abyss is a pain to correct. I reinserted the hing, installed the three screws per side, and slid the door back onto the new hinges. The whole thing took less than fifteen minutes. Charles D Metairie , LA February 02, 2022 I had a broken hinge on my oven door. I contact AppliancePartsPros.com and the technician was able to cross-check my model number. From there he found the part I needed and gave me a quote. The price seemed fair and I decided to purchase both hinges since the shipping was a flat rate. He told me I should expect my parts in 2-3 days. My parts arrived on Sunday, the third day. Great service!
