Cheryl W Carlsbad , CA March 31, 2017 Burner wouldn't light automatically Replaced igniter and orifice assembly, and replaced spark module. Used the video for help, but the video doesn't show the top cover piece that needs to be taken off first. Also the screws for the igniter set were stuck from old grease or something and had to be drilled out. Overall the project was well worth my time for the cost vs replacement decision. AppliancePartsPros.com makes it so easy to choose a part and guesstimate the probably of choosing the right one. Frank F Rochester , NY February 24, 2020 Appliance: Model 7907862602 1 burner would not ignite I started to remove the burner orifice screws and did not lubricate them 1st. Therefore I ended up snapping three of the burner orifice nuts off. I tried drilling them out and had no success. With that being said I had to order 3 new burner orifice assemblies. As I read into this more, all I needed to do was to replace the wiring harness, however you still have to remove the burner screws first. With all that being said, I received the 3 burner orifices, a new ignition harness, and new screws. I put all the parts in after reviewing the how to videos and I had success. My best advice to avoid a costly repair such as mine, is to spray penetrating oil on the burner screws before attempting to remove them. My only complaint is that waiting for the last part ordered took over a week. Other than that everything went well. Do yourself a favor and watch the how to videos before proceeding.
