Although the dishwasher works without it no one needed to see under our appliance. I ordered the part, we received it within two days and installed the plate in under ten minutes. The kick plate part I received was the wrong part, but customer service rectified the problem immediately and sent replacement part. As for the dispenser replacement, I reviewed the video regarding replacing part... was VERY EASY to follow, and repair was completed in just a few minutes. No issues, no problems!
