Description

This control knob replaces a worn, cracked, or missing range/stove dial so you can select heat and settings with a secure grip and clear position indicator. It restores normal operation of the control shaft. What it does:

• Fits onto the control shaft to turn the burner/oven setting and indicate the selected position.
• Restores a solid grip and visible pointer for precise adjustments.
• Common symptom fix: knob is loose, stripped, cracked, or missing and won't turn or hold a setting.
• Helps avoid accidental setting changes from a damaged or worn knob.

What's included: One control knob. Install notes:

• Disconnect power to the appliance before service to avoid shocks or accidental heating.
• Pull the old knob straight off the control shaft; line up splines and push the new knob onto the shaft until fully seated.
• Do not force or hammer the knob onto the shaft; if it does not seat easily, verify spline alignment.
• If the control stem or switch is damaged, replace the stem/switch assembly rather than forcing a knob.
