Frigidaire 5304519638 Knob Assembly OEM Part

I received the parts on Tuesday evening. Called the tech on Wednesday and he came over and possibly within 30 to 60 minutes the work was completed.

I initially ordered the Control Board and Knob Assembly thinking that was the issue. After replacing both, error code Hd continued, and the dryer would not work. I called back and with the help of technical support, I realized that I actually needed the Main Board assembly, which is located inside the cabinet. I overnighted the part, and it was at my door by noon the next day. The Main Board Assembly came with all the wiring harnesses. Not knowing if it was the board or one of the wiring harnesses, I decided to replace both. From beginning to end it took almost four hours! I had to remove the top, front, and back panels of the dryer in order to access all the connectors inside the dryer. Once that was done, I put the machine back together. It now works flawlessly. I would highly recommend a second person to perform this job, since there are a lot of connections involved, and the machine has to be tipped over in order to remove snaps that hold some of the wiring harnesses.
