Heather O La Crosse , WI June 08, 2016 The timer knob broke off of our dryer I came to AppliancePartsPros to look for a new timer knob for our older clothes dryer (the stickers suggest it was manufactured between 1992 and 1994) and I was just hoping to find a knob that would still fit! I spent some time looking at all the wrong things, but then I saw a link for live customer service help. It was 11:30pm and I thought for sure I wouldn't get a response, BUT I DID! The live messaging helped me find the right part in less than 10 minutes!! It was so great to have that problem taken care of so quickly!!
