Rick S Apple Valley , CA February 09, 2015 The control overlay was cracked and wore out Had to remove 4 screws to get faceplate off, removed old overlay off control circuit board, cleaned surface, installed new overlay and reassembled, Very simple repair and took all off about ten minutes.
