I ordered the part online, It was the correct part, but I didn't realize the overlay was not included (the adhesive cover that has the writing bake, broil etc). I called AppliancePartsPros thinking that it was just missing from pkg. I reached a real person within a short period of time! She informed me that it was a separate part but would be shipped for free after I expressed a concern about incurring another shp charge. Part was delivered next day! Unbelievably fast shipping.
