Michael Q Richmond , IN November 11, 2017 Appliance: Model FAFW380ILW0 Machine was full of water and wouldn't pump it out Googled the problem, watched videos on Youtube. Took apart machine and tried cleaning filter most people said was the problem. Wasn't anything but a penny in it so that wasn't the problem. I decided the pump must be bad ,the spring for the bellows and the console were broken so I bought those as well. Got the parts put them on and machine filled up with water turned over a few times and then stopped. The only thing else it could be is the fill level sensor or the main circuit board. Ordered fill sensor and the door switch just to be sure. As long as that fixes it I will still be way ahead of hiring a repairman or buying a new one. Read More...
