Edward W Satellite Beach , FL November 04, 2025 Appliance: Frigidaire Dishwasher FFCD2413US4A Upper and lower dish racks in our frigidaire dishwasher began to rust To say using Appliance Parts Pros made things as simple as it gets, is an understatement. I was able to order the parts simply by using their website and having my dishwasher make and model number. Images of the parts make confirming the order even better. They have an on line question/answer cue if needed and even offer a call in for advice number. Once the order arrived, I verified the parts and began installation. Take a few pictures of the appliance from different angles before you start. Using your fingers you will need to carefully disconnect the light grey retaining clips at the front of the sliding rails. The opening should be on the underside and is as simple as opening a safety pin. Simply slide out the existing upper rack. Using your fingers release the upper spray unit channel on the underside of the upper rack and relocate to the new upper rack. Slide the new rack into the slide rails ensuring each roller wheel is within the appropriate channel. Reinstall the retaining clips from the top of the sliding rail ensuring they snap back close once installed. The bottom rack simply lifts out of the channels it rolls on and replaced with the new one. Make sure you save your silverware basket if you didn't order a new one. When you're done, make sure you go on Appliance Parts Pros website and rate them well. I can honestly say, this company made this replacement repair simple, quick and affordable. This is my second order from them and I will definitely be referring them to others. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes

Steven S Oxnard , CA July 05, 2019 Old racks were developing rust spots. Removed and replaced with new ones. Disassembled spray rack on top shelf by hand, spreading the clips on one side slightly in order to release tension, and took off the clip that held it to the rack and reassembled on the new rack. Re-installed and replaced end clips on the slider brackets up top. Bottom just removed and replaced. Parts were delivered very fast.
