John W Sicklerville , NJ July 14, 2017 Appliance: Model FRIGIDAIRE 1200 Standing water in the bottom of dishwasher after the load was finished. I very seldom respond to requests for feedback like this but definitely feel moved to do so in this case. When our 8 year old dishwasher started acting up my initial reaction was to simply replace it. I wasn't sure what was wrong, nor if I would be able to find the right part once I did figure out the problem. The troubleshooting advice on this website was spot on and I quickly figured out what needed to be replaced. The repair videos were easy to follow and the parts were here two days after I ordered them, even though I just paid for the standard shipping. I even fixed a small tub gasket leak that I didn't know I had. This required new parts as well, and they too arrived within a couple days of ordering them. Once again the videos made a simple repair even simpler. I will definitely use this website again and will recommend it to any of my friends who are about to take on an appliance repair project.
