ORDERED NEW ONES AND REPLACED THEM

I followed the video and removed the old supports. I didn't have a putty knife so I just used a table knife (butter knife). They popped out fairly easily, two I had to pull out with pliers. I put the new supports in and tapped them into place with a hammer. One would not go in and I ended up ruining 2 supports before I back tracked and found that I had not quite removed all of the old support. After properly clearing out the opening the new support went in without a problem.

Ordered the replacement parts and had them the next day! Very nice.

Replaced the cold control. I have no experience working on appliances but went well. It took about 2 hours of work but I went slow and took pictures in case I needed to reference later. Saved $200 in labor by doing it myself.

We found our model on Appliance Parts Pros .com, ordered the door bin, got it with standard shipping about 3 days later. It was a breeze. Thanks guys!
