Donna S West Winfield , NY January 14, 2015 Small rollers that guide dishwasher top rack perished We looked locally for parts...two places wanted to sell us a complete basket @$150 or so. One place had a guy so unhelpful (wouldn't even get off his chair to maybe find an alternative). So, on to the web, on to your site; find part; double check part, order, delivered and then install. At first we tried to take off the entire roller assembly and that was a real pain. After we did one like that we then warmed up the roller assembly (new) and popped off the rollers and then popped them on to the existing rollers. Nice to have place where you can get the parts that you need. The kicker; the basket they tried to sell us didn't have the rollers we needed!
