Description

This OEM replacement part is an ice container for refrigerators. The ice container is the plastic bucket that holds the ice that is made by the icemaker. Over time, an ice container can become damaged due to excessive wear and tear. If the ice container is cracked or broken to the point where it can no longer hold ice, it will need to be replaced.To replace the ice container, start by unplugging the refrigerator. Once unplugged, proceed to open the freezer door. Locate the two mounting screws that attach the ice container to the icemaker. Once found, proceed to unthread the screws to remove the old container.
