Ice and water dispenser paddle was "floppy" and would begin dispensing whenever the refrigerator door was open then closed

Located some on line instructions regarding how to access the dispenser components which allowed me examine the problem. I discovered the dispenser unit was broken and needed to be replaced. I was able to get the part number and order it directly from the manufacturer.
