James A Minneapolis , MN November 03, 2014 Bottom seal worn out Took off the bottom screw for old seal. Took off bottom door screws. Pulled old seal off W/ pliers & screwdriver (hardest part). Put in new seal and Replaced screws and BOOM - finished. No more leaks w/ fix under 5 minutes. Thank you!
