Did a google search on line for our make and model of refrigerator and Appliance Parts Pros was one of the first sites that came up. Did some price comparison and they had the best price. Also, a local repair store said they could get the frame for us but at 3 times the cost.

At first, when the drawer guides broke we just tossed the drawer in the frig on the middle shelf and threw the usual items in the drawer. We usually put cheese and sandwich meats in this drawer. We continued to load the upper shelf down with consumables, leftovers, bottled juices, etc. This worked for some time until I put too much weight on the top shelf and it cracked the frame of the upper shelf. I didn't realize that when the drawer guides originally broke that the upper shelf frame had lost most of its integrity. I ordered the replacement shelf, it arrived in two days, I took out the old shelf and replaced the new shelf and returned the drawer to the new guides. I finally could use the drawer again as it was originally intended! The replacement shelf frame seems a tiny bit less rigid than the original shelf, but I am satisfied with this item and would order it again.
