This shipping bolt kit, also called a shipping support kit, secures the washer's tub and suspension for safe transport. Install before moving or shipping the appliance to help prevent internal movement and damage, then remove before operating. What it does:

Locks the wash tub in place to reduce movement during transit
Helps protect against vibration and damage while the unit is moved
Ideal when relocating or shipping the appliance; replaces lost original shipping hardware
Not for normal operation—remove all shipping bolts before use
