Christopher B Port Jefferson Station , NY July 30, 2019 Slow water leak under washing machine I replaced the main trap hose (this thing connects to everything and has a strainer inside it) and fixed the pinhole leak. Finding the hole in order to determine what needed to be replaced was the hardest part as well as getting my big fat hands in there with a set of pliers. While I had it opened I replaced the speaker that had shorted out. Taking it apart to be able to get at the internals would have been a hassle if I hadn't done it before. Not sure if that's specific to this model but you need to remove the top, then the control panel, then remove the front tub gasket from the front panel, and then remove the front panel. Not challenging but just time-consuming. Read More... Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours Tools: Pliers, Screwdrivers
