I got down on my hands and knees to look carefully and see clearly. Although the problem was clearly in the r.h. bracket, the shelf seemed torqued and nothing was seated correctly. I decided to replace both the r.h. and the l.h. brackets. APPros had the best price for both the parts and the shipping. I ordered with ease late Friday night. The parts arrived on Wed. The entire job was only 6 screws, but I took everything apart, washed behind the tracks, cleared the drain and all that. Not rocket science. Less than half an hour.
