Robert K New York , NY November 30, 2019 Oven light would not go off I ordered a part to replace the oven door light switch. I got the oven apart easy enough, but when I was ready to install the part, I found the replacement part only had 2 tabs and not the 4 tabs the original one had. I called AppliancePartsPros.com and spoke to a customer service rep who was able to assist. He determined that the replacement part was defective and said he'd ship out another one. While I wasn't enthusiastic about having to assemble and reassemble the oven, AppliancePartsPros.com was very helpful in exchanging the part with no questions asked. I should have the replacement part in a few days and, now that I'm an expert at oven light switch replacements, this should be a snap to replace. Read More...
